18 Density Industrial flexible foam grades are considered best for all Industrial applications where foam quality is required at an economical price. During the time of foaming high quantity of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and other filler are infused to get a low-priced foam. Adding the filler to foams increase its hardness but affects its tensile strength, elongation, and flexibility. 

These are polyether based Polyurethane foams made with an increased hardness range and are ideal for application in areas where additional support and higher load bearing is required. The foams can be die-cut, milled and laminated with other fabrics. Major applications in padding, shoe, automobile industries.
